Leslie's Angelberry Crunch Cake


I was experimenting in the kitchen over the weekend and Voila! This is super easy and delicious...

INGREDIENTS
2 bags of 16 oz Cherry Berry Blend (Vip Brand) (Blackberries, strawberries, blueberries, cherries & raspberries)
1 1/2 sticks of melted butter
1 box of Angel Food Cake Mix
1/2 cup of Sugar
  • Dump the frozen berries into the bottom of a 9 X 13 inch baking dish

  • Sprinkle the Angel Food Cake mix over the frozen berries

  • Melt the butter and evenly pour over the cake mix

  • Sprinkle the sugar over the melted butter

  • Bake 350 degrees F for 40-50 minutes depending on oven.

I was going to take a picture of it...But my little boy got hold of it and it was GONE!!!!!!!!!

You can put vanilla ice cream over it while it is still hot.....YUMMY!!!
